Keith Blain Franklin is a native of Mobile, Alabama. He attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School and graduated from Spring Hill College, also in Mobile. He earned his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law, graduating cum laude, and served as an Associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review. While in law school, he was inducted into the Curia Honoris honor society and was a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow. Mr. Franklin brings over 35 years of litigation experience in general insurance defense, premises liability, automobile liability, insurance coverage litigation and opinions, uninsured/underinsured motorist liability, construction and construction defect litigation, nuisance and trespass claims, and a broad range of general litigation matters. He recently joined the E.J. Saad Law Firm, where his practice now focuses on representing businesses in federal court litigation to obtain Employee Retention Credit (ERC) under the CARES Act. Mr. Franklin is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama. He is also admitted to practice in the State of Mississippi and all Mississippi federal courts. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Mississippi State Bar, and the Mobile Bar Association, where he contributes to the Volunteer Lawyer and Pro Bono Programs in the Mobile area.
