Elias J. (E.J.) Saad, JD, founded the E.J. Saad Law Firm after a distinguished career that began with a clerkship for Alabama Supreme Court Associate Justice Janie L. Shores. A graduate of Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, Saad has practiced in state and federal courts nationwide, including significant roles in high-profile litigation such as the BP oil spill settlement.
